About Me and my Ikigai

At a certain point in my life, I noticed something powerful among the women around me.
Many of them had followed the “expected” path—pursuing degrees, entering corporate life, becoming mothers, and running households. But somewhere along the way, that path shifted. Sometimes, motherhood transformed their priorities. Other times, burnout, loss, or a quiet inner voice refused to be silenced. The change didn’t always come easily, but it came with purpose.
For some, this meant stepping away from the security of a corporate job. For others, it meant walking into the unknown — often with fear, often alone. But they gained something extraordinary through that uncertainty: freedom, flexibility, and a deep sense of meaning.
These women began building lives of success and significance. Their journeys aren’t always loud or widely recognized, but their impact is real. They’ve redefined success on their terms—through healing, creating, leading, coaching, teaching, and nurturing others.
That’s why I created Mujeres IKIGAI.
It’s a space to amplify these stories — to shine a light on the quiet bravery of women who have chosen to live with intention, and in doing so, make the world better.
These women were always in my life, but I didn’t fully see them until I began to see myself in them. Their courage taught me to find my voice. Now, I want to help them share theirs.
I believe their paths — however winding — hold answers for other women searching for meaning, for change, for themselves.
✨ If you’ve been inspired by a woman who dared to redefine her path — or if you are that woman — I invite you to share your story. Let’s celebrate the journeys that don’t always make headlines but make a difference.
We are all part of this collective awakening. And the more we lift each other, the more unstoppable we become. 💛
